Questions

About our services and marketplace.

What is Chasha Kara?

Chasha Kara connects you with Indian farms and practical farming guidance. Buy produce and animals, explore Bhaga Chasha, or ask our team for help starting and growing your farm or home garden.

What is Bhaga Chasha?

Chasha Kara's own cattle program. You buy one of the animals we sell, and it is yours on record with its ear tag and full history. We keep it at a care farm and look after it under written care terms, which you read before you pay. Buying one needs the one-time ₹99 Bhaga Chasha membership, which farmers get included with their ₹499 farm fee; farmers' animals need none. Bhaga Chasha is the purchase of an animal, not an investment: we promise no return, income or profit.

How does ordering work?

Open a listing, choose a quantity and add your delivery address. You pay on Chasha Kara, then the farmer packs and delivers your order to you. You can follow it in your orders.

Do I get the farmer's phone number?

Yes, if you want it. Unlocking a listing's phone, WhatsApp and farm address costs ₹99, shown before you confirm. You don't need it to order: payment and delivery stay on Chasha Kara. For help with an order, write to support@chashakara.com.

What does it cost to buy?

Browsing and ordering are free: you pay the price the farmer lists for what you order. Unlocking a farmer's contact costs ₹99 per listing. Farmers' animals are ordered like any produce, with no membership. Only Bhaga Chasha, the animals Chasha Kara sells and cares for, needs a one-time ₹99 membership, and a farmer's farm fee includes it.

Which services can I get help with?

We guide you through poultry, fishery, goat, rabbit and pig farming, as well as roof gardening. From planning and setup to daily care and the right connections, tell us where you need help and our team will call you.

Do I need an account to request a service?

No. Anyone can fill in a service form, including visitors, buyers and farmers. Choose a service, share your plan and contact details, and our team will call to discuss the next steps. No login or membership is needed to enquire.

What does a reviewed listing mean?

Our team checks every listing before it appears in search. A review is not a quality guarantee or a certification.

How do I sell on Chasha Kara?

Create a farmer account and add your farm and location. List what you sell, produce or animals, with a price, a unit and the quantity you can sell. Pay the one-time ₹499 farm fee to send your listings for review. It covers every future listing, a Consult & Vastu call with our consultant and the Bhaga Chasha membership. Once approved, buyers can order from you.

When do farmers get paid?

Chasha Kara collects the payment when a buyer orders. Your orders are grouped into payout cycles, and we pay each cycle to your UPI ID after it closes. Your orders page shows what you are owed and what has been paid.
